SCADAware is announcing the End of Life (EOL) for Version 1.X  of StatusWatch and Version 2.x of Status Lights

Key Dates and Actions for StatusWatch

• Access to New Software Version:
  Licenses currently under support or eligible for reinstatement will have the opportunity for replacement with StatusWatch Version 2.
• Upgrade Request Period:
  Upgrade requests can be made through June 30, 2026, with Version 2 being provided before the V1.X End of Support date of 12/31/2026.

All current StatusWatch license holders under support or eligible for reinstatement are entitled to a free upgrade to the new version.

• Reinstatement fees are applicable prior to any upgrade.
• Any installation and configuration services for the new version will be billed at current services rates.
• Support and ongoing maintenance fees for the new software will be based on the new license fee schedule.
• Support Services are available and in full force through 12/31/2026 for the Version 1.X StatusWatch Software.

Next Steps for Customers

• Review your future needs and determine whether you wish to upgrade to the newer software version.
• Contact support@scadaware.com to confirm your interest in the upgrade as soon as possible but before June 30, 2026.
• For hardware needs, arrange spare part purchases as soon as possible, as availability is limited.

Status Light Spare Part Availability

• Customers may purchase any available spare parts for current hardware products while supplies last.
