His background spans industrial automation, manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems, giving him a broad perspective on both technical solutions and operational performance. He brings extensive experience in controls, SCADA, PLC systems, and turnkey system integration while mentoring engineers, improving processes, and supporting long-term customer success.

Madison joined SCADAware in 2017 as a project engineer and now serves as a Senior Engineer leading the Agriculture Segment. With a degree in Electrical Engineering and a passion for customer-focused innovation, he designs automated solutions that enhance safety and efficiency for clients. As a father and dedicated problem-solver, Madison values making a meaningful impact through technology.
