Senior Controls Engineer
Senior Controls Engineers provide technical leadership on complex automation projects and help develop the engineers around them.
This role combines advanced technical capability with project ownership, customer communication, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex controls and automation projects
- Develop system architectures and technical solutions
- Program and troubleshoot advanced PLC and SCADA systems
- Lead commissioning and difficult system startups
- Mentor and support developing engineers
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and project teams
Project Engineer
Project Engineers are early-career members of our engineering team who develop broad experience in industrial automation and control systems.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, solving technical problems, and seeing how complete automation systems are designed and brought into operation.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to program PLCs and HMI/SCADA systems
- Design and document industrial control systems
- Configure instrumentation, drives, networks, and automation equipment
- Test and troubleshoot systems before deployment
- Support installation, startup, and commissioning at customer facilities
- Work alongside experienced engineers while developing increasing project responsibility
Controls Technician
Controls Technicians support the installation, testing, modification, and maintenance of industrial control systems both in our shop and at customer facilities.
The position combines hands-on electrical work with field installation and technical troubleshooting.
What You’ll Do
- Install and modify industrial control systems
- Perform control-panel and field wiring
- Assist with equipment demolition and installation
- Test and troubleshoot electrical and control-system components
- Support engineers during startup and commissioning
- Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas
