Intuitive
 StatusWatch uses an easy-to-understand Web-based interface that provides quick access to machine information. Data is automatically extracted from machines and operators can optionally input data from across the plant floor. Managers also have direct access to details on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), availability, performance, and quality.
Intelligent
StatusWatch is a completely integrated system focused only on the data relevant to your assets. Data can be gathered from any source. Live, shop floor views of data as well as a uniform Web interface provide consistent display of information. Complete reporting capabilities include arbitrary grouping and sorting on machine parameters, time-based data, calculated values (OEE), traceability data, and more. Available in real-time or via e-mail, SMS, or other active notification methods, or as periodic automatically generated reports.
Real-Time
OEE and efficiency data is readily available and reported in real-time, whether you’re monitoring one machine, groupings of machines, or an entire plant. Immediate viewing of machine data means rapid problem solving because constraints can quickly be identified. Changes in productivity are immediately indicated. This provides increased accountability for all assets.
System Configuration
The StatusWatch system provides OEE data collection and reporting. Information about an asset is gathered through direct connection to the machine controller, by operator input, or by a combination of the two. This information is stored in a database where it is available to the StatusWatch application. Data is formatted and displayed using a Web browser, eliminating the need for client software to be purchased and installed.
