StatusLightâ„¢ Andon Stack Light Solution
StatusLight Andon stack lights offer a highly flexible and customizable solution for any level of Andon notification. Choose from simple, unconnected, standalone stack lights to fully connected stack lights or illuminated pushbutton stations, with full data capture, reporting, and numerous display options.
Connectivity
- Dual Ethernet Ports (with support for redundant ring topology coming soon)
- RS232
- USB with support for many HID-compliant devices such as RFID readers and barcode scanners
Wireless
- Wireless communications through a Zigbee-based protocol utilizing a mesh topology which allows for a redundant, self-healing network
- 2.4 GHz frequency will not interfere with existing 802.11 WiFi based networks
Communication
- Data collections and control available via industry-standard Modbus TCP protocol
- Each ligh in the stack is accessible through its own Modbus addresss
- Modbus communication available on both Ethernet and Wireless models
User Configurable Features
- Web-based configuration provides access to all settings in the light without the need to install software on a PC. Use only a web browser
- Each button on the StatusLight can be mapped to any number of individual lights on the network, allowing for a completely customizable system
- Lights may be configured to either flash or light steady based on button press sequences.
Available Hardware Configurations
- From 0 to 5 illuminated push buttons per StatusLight
- Up to 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs available
- Power input from 100-240V at 50/60Hz
- From 0 to 5 lights (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, White) on the stack, configured in any order
